The Franchi SAS 12 shotgun replica is made of durable plastic and metal and the elements such as the shuttle of the pistol grip are equipped with a rubberized surface that improves the grip. The under-barrel pipe magazine dummy, the cartridge intake and the outer barrel are made of metal.
In contrary to the original firearm the replica is loaded by the “pump” move that is characteristic for classical shotgun. The replica shots with three BB pellets from three separate barrels at the same time. The replica is fed by replaceable cartridges ( shells ) that hold 30 BB pellets. There is a trigger safety lever located in the back part of the trigger guard.
