Hades Arrow mortar replica

The mortar's tube is made of metal, with finishing made of plastics and a steel mount at the base allowing for installation of the mortar on an additional support base. The bottom of the mortar's tube is equipped with a fixed firing pin. The set includes two mortar rounds made of light, durable and flexible plastics fabrics. 

The valve is set in place of the typical igniter. Gas from a CO2 capsule is to be put into the round using a special applicator. Next, the round should be filled with 300 to 500 mls of water. Applying of 500 mls is recommended, for the round to fly further and in a more stable way. Part of the whole mechanism is a rubber seal (non-reusable). After filling the round with gas and water and setting the stabilizers, the mortar is ready to be fired.

The Hades Arrow is fired similarly to a real mortar, by pushing it into the tube. After hitting the firing pin, the rubber cap is perforated, thus releasing the pressurized water and resulting in the round being fired. One round is powered by one CO2 capsule. The stabilizers are mounted in a way allowing for them to be folded upon as the round is placed into the mortar. In order to secure the valve, applying the rubber cap is necessary.
