Made Cordura 500D Emerson Gear plate carrier waistcoat.
The unique design of the waistcoat provides great modularity, customisation and convenience. The front and back panels find space for dummy plates of the type SAPI in size M. The front part has been equipped with a removable panel with straps of the type Molle/ PALS and two straps for attaching to the chest rig type DC3R waistcoat. In addition, an internal admin pocket has been placed on the front. The inner pocket has a Velcro panel, with a rubberised strip, allowing documents, phone and other items to be stored in an organised manner. On the back, on the other hand, we find sliders for assault panels or backpacks. Also on both parts we can find threads for attaching patches or other accessories.
Cummerbund consists of two parts. The outer, skeletal one, which fastens under the panel, has been equipped with webbing of the Molle/ PALS system,. The inner belt, on the other hand, is extended from the shoulder blades on the back to the abdomen, and fastens from the inside of the front panel. It has been additionally stiffened and fitted with special cushions to improve wearing comfort on the inside. This ensures that some of the weight, even of a heavily loaded waistcoat, is directed to the bioder area of the user.
On the shoulders, in addition to the adjustment, you will also find comfortable comfortpads, equipped with Velcro adjustable loops for organising cabling. In addition, on the comfortpads there are overlays made of elastic material, improving comfort and allowing the hose from the hydration system or radio antenna to be pulled through. On both arms there are also two handles for the Quick Release system, for emergency release of the waistcoat. The left arm is equipped clamp for improved convenience when removing/attaching the waistcoat.
