The replica has been made mainly ofmetal andhigh-quality polymer. The steel is used for the stock foot, the stock catch, the dummy locking chamber, the locking chamber cover and the selector lever. The zinc and aluminium alloy is used for the barrel, trigger, gas tube, barrel base, dummy slide and front belt sling. As in the flammable counterpart, the handguard, magazine, pistol grip and stock are of high-quality polymer.

The heart of the replica is the well-known and susceptible to many modifications Gearbox V3 and the standard Hop Up AK chamber.

The Gearbox has been equipped with a number of reinforced parts allowing for any tuning of the replica. These include steel 18:1 gears on 8mm ball bearings, steel jaw piston and fast spring change system.
