SRT-15 Carbine Replica
A series of replicas from SPARTAC attempts to meet the needs of airsoft players that are looking for good quality at a reasonable price. The main feature that aims to reduce the cost is the use of high quality polymer for creation of parts (including the body) instead of metal. Still, a full metal gearbox (providing over 400 FPS in stock!) and good quality mechanical parts used inside, make SPARTAC replicas a truly competitive product in terms of efficiency on airsoft battlefield when compared to their pricier counterparts.
Moments after taking it out of the box, one can notice how carefully all the parts fit – complete lack of loose spots, even in trouble spots such as the stock, cradle/handguard – which is often a problem in other replicas.
Majority of main components of the replica was made from a polymer. These include: the body, the handguard, the stock, iron sights, silencer. The outer barrel was made from ZnAl alloy, the magazine case and bolt replica – from steel. Despite a mainly polymer construction, one will not notice a “squeaking” sound of the material known from the majority of “cheaper” replicas.
SRT-15 is equipped with a handguard featuring a set of 22mm, RIS rails. These allow for attachment of a wide array of additional accessories such as: optical sights, grips, tactical flashlights, etc. The replica has a telescopic stock with adjustable length and an anti-slip finish as well as foldable flip-up iron sights. The inner barrel has a 14mm, left-hand thread finish with a long, effective silencer mounted on it.
The access to hop-up regulation is gained in a traditional way, after pulling back the bolt. On the left side of the body is located the fire mode selector/safety. The heart of the replica is a solid, full metal V.2 gearbox, equipped with a set of steel gears, a bearing mounted spring slide and 7mm bearings, all of which allows the replica to achieve a muzzle velocity of ~410 FPS straight out of the box. The 360mm long inner barrel all shots made from the SPARTAC are far and accurate.
The replica comes with a steel and polymer, hi-cap magazine with a capacity up to 300 BBs. The battery is stored inside the stock.
