FAST helmets set a new quality in terms of head protection. Both
the comfort of wearing and the versatility are the defining features of this
product.
The fascia rests on sponges, the positions of which
can be changed to perfectly match the helmet to the shape of the operators
head. The 4-point suspension has an easy and quick
way of adjustment, and additionally it is a closed system, i.e. it has no
loose, protruding straps. The adjustment range is increased by the rear module
for adjusting the webbing diameter with a knob. All elements of the fabric and
suspension, which are the points of the support, are covered with
sweat-absorbent material. The helmet's adjustment range is 52-60cm.
The helmet has an integrated mount for night vision
goggles. Velcro straps occupy a large part of the shell's
surface on the side and at the back, which can be used for the installation of
patches, identification elements, or visible or infrared light tags.
The helmet is unique thanks to the modular mask with a steel
mesh face, which we are able to remove very easily if necessary. Disassembly
is done by pressing the lock buttons on both sides of the helmet, which allows
the mask to be removed from the special mounting rails. The face cover has a
high-quality vision glass made of durable, flexible material. Good air
circulation, and the fact that the glass assembly can be adjusted at the right
distance from the face, results in a practical lack of the evaporation
effect.
