Specna Arms 1400 mAh 25C Li-Po battery pack
Specna Arms presents a rechargeable battery for airsoft guns, which was developed in collaboration with Gens Ace, a popular battery manufacturer.
The collaboration has resulted in a unique battery pack that features, among other things: shortened cables, allowing you to save valuable space, and a G-Tech plug that will allow it to work with chargers equipped with a G-Tech socket. Once the battery is connected to the G-Tech socket, the charger will recognise the battery after 5 seconds and choose the best charging mode on its own.
With its shape, the battery should fit well into AK-type replicas, where the place for the battery is located under the lock chamber cover.
Specna Arms is meeting the expectations of its customers by supplying the market with a wide range of efficient LiPo batteries to meet the needs of every user - whether you are looking for a battery for the storage compartment in the stock, the handguard or the dummy laser sight - this and much more can now be found in the offer allowing you to play even longer.
Lithium-ion-polymer(LiPo) packs are the successors to the well-known lithium-ion (LiIon) packs. The main advantage of LiPo batteries is undoubtedly their capacity-to-size ratio. They are very small in size while retaining a very high current capacity, which makes it possible to select a suitable pack for practically every AEG replica. They have no memory effect. They can be charged very frequently without being discharged first. Frequent charging is beneficial for this type of battery.
It is important to remember not to discharge a LiPo pack below 3V per cell and not to overcharge it above 4.2V per cell. Another advantage of LiPo packs is the low percentage self-discharge. When not in use, the pack loses about 3-5% of its energy per month. It is important to keep an eye on the pack, as very long storage can result in a discharge below the minimum allowable value (3V per cell) and irreversible chemical reactions that can cause deterioration of the pack's properties including permanent damage, in extreme cases ignition. When not in use, a LiPo pack should have an average charge of approximately 70%.
When used correctly, the life of LiPo packs averages 500-700 cycles. An important aspect is the temperature at which LiPo packs can operate. Unlike other batteries, LiPo cells perform well at low temperatures; however, they should be charged at room temperature. To keep LiPo batteries in good condition, they should be balanced during charging using the service plug that most LiPo packs have (a good LiPo charger has a built-in balancer).
