DS 2011 pistol replica is a special replica that was made in cooperation of EMG - a company that creates custom replicas and Salient Arms International - a manufacturer of custom firearms. The replica is based on the proven construction dating to 1911. Almost the entire replica was made of aluminum, only the pistol grip panels were made of rough and grip-improving polymer. Excellent alignment and quality of implemented materials guarantee exceptional experience when firing the replica as well as seamless and precise operation.
The metal slide and the frame bear SAI markings. The replica is equipped with a double-sided, winged safety that locks the trigger mechanism and prevents accidental firing. Access to the safety is very simple both for left- and right-handed people - the mechanism lever is within the range of a thumb.
